ABOUT ME

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends. For me, helping someone put together that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.

I live in Alaska, about 35 miles from Anchorage during school breaks but I live in a tiny village way, way up north during the school year. In the summer, I used to be a tour guide and drove a 45' motorcoach taking people around Alaska and training others how to drive those big buses in the early part of each year. Nowadays I teach in a tiny little village and am currently teaching kindergarten and first graders which is totally a switch for me because I was originally certified as a high school teacher!

Someday you may need to come to see us here in Alaska if you haven't already. It's so beautiful and very different than most places in the Lower 48 (that's the continental US).

I absolutely love being a demonstrator and I bet you would, too, even if you do it just to get the discount (hint you can sell or not, it's entirely up to you). I make cards, scrapbooks, and junk journals on most days. I am fascinated by the colors Stampin' Up uses and coordinate with all their other products. It makes for an easy and almost seamless ability to create amazing cards, journals, scrapbook pages, and gifts.
